Stamina gives athletes the mental, physical strength and energy needed to continue to perform to a standard over a long period of time. Stamina helps athletes use the skills required by their sports without losing concentration or tiring.
Football is an endurance sport, as all players on the field are in constant motion. Frequent action requires high levels of cardiorespiratory and muscular endurance for successful and sustained performance.
This program lasts for 8 weeks featuring three stages. In this program only the development stage lasts for 4 weeks with the preparation & take it to the next level stage lasting for 2 weeks each, tests are at key intervals in this program. Carry out these exercises & drills within the space of your own home & local field:
